These Terms of Service explain the rules for using roadside assistance services provided by Always Ready Roadside Rescue in the United States.
Please read these terms carefully. By requesting or using our services, you agree to be bound by them.
Last updated: January 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all roadside assistance services provided by Always Ready Roadside Rescue ("we", "us", or "our") within the United States. By contacting us, requesting a service, scheduling a service, or allowing us to perform any work on your vehicle, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Always Ready Roadside Rescue provides on-demand roadside assistance services such as, but not limited to:
• Battery jump-starts
• Tire changes (using your spare tire if available)
• Fuel delivery (fuel cost may be billed separately)
• Vehicle lockout assistance (non-destructive entry when possible)
• Other minor roadside assistance as agreed at the time of service.
The exact services available at your location and time may vary. We do not provide major mechanical repairs on the roadside. Certain services may not be available for all vehicle types, conditions, locations, or situations (for example, unsafe road shoulders, restricted areas, or oversized vehicles).
We aim to provide prompt roadside assistance; however, service availability depends on factors such as technician availability, distance, traffic, weather, road closures, law enforcement activity, and other safety considerations. We may decline or delay service if conditions are unsafe for you, your vehicle, our technicians, or the public.
Any estimated arrival times we share are good-faith estimates only. They are not guarantees, warranties, or promises of a specific response time. You should always use your own judgment regarding personal safety and may choose to contact emergency services or a different provider at any time.
When you request service from Always Ready Roadside Rescue, you agree to:
• Provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the issue you are experiencing.
• Ensure you are legally allowed to request service for the vehicle (as the owner, authorized driver, or with the owner’s consent).
• Follow all instructions given by our team to help keep you and our technicians safe.
• Move the vehicle to a safe location if possible, such as off the roadway or to a parking area.
• Remain available by phone or text at the number you provide until the service is completed.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including traffic and parking laws, while we assist you.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal belongings are removed from the vehicle before towing or transport. We are not responsible for loss of, or damage to, personal items left in the vehicle.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the services you request. Pricing may depend on the type of service, time of day, vehicle type, distance, and location. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate the expected cost before service is performed whenever possible.
Payment is typically due at the time of service and may be collected by cash, card, or other accepted payment methods. If your service is arranged through a third-party provider, membership, insurance, or motor club, you are responsible for understanding any coverage limits, copays, or amounts not covered by that third party. Any amounts not covered remain your responsibility.
If you need to cancel a service request, please contact us as soon as possible using the phone number provided at the time of booking. In some cases, a cancellation fee may apply, especially if a technician has already been dispatched or has arrived at or near your location.
If our technician arrives and cannot locate you or your vehicle, or if you are unreachable by phone or text after reasonable attempts, we may treat the request as a no-show. In the event of a no-show, you may be charged a service fee or the full quoted amount, at our discretion, to cover the cost of the dispatch and travel.
By providing your mobile phone number or email address when requesting service, you consent to receive messages that are directly related to your active service request or appointment. These messages may include confirmations, updates on technician status, questions about directions or vehicle details, and receipts or service records sent electronically.
Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. The frequency of messages will vary depending on your specific service request and will typically be limited to the period needed to coordinate and complete your roadside assistance. If at any time you wish to limit SMS communications related to a current request, you may reply STOP to a text message from us, or contact us by phone instead. However, opting out of SMS may affect our ability to provide timely updates or complete your service if we cannot reach you another way.
We will use reasonable care and skill when providing roadside assistance. However, roadside services are often performed in less-than-ideal conditions, and certain risks cannot be completely avoided. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost time, lost wages, missed appointments, or other similar losses, arising out of or relating to our services.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues with your vehicle, nor for damage that results from such pre-existing conditions.
• We are not responsible for damage that results from your failure to follow our safety instructions or your decision to continue driving a vehicle that may be unsafe.
In any case where we are found liable, our total liability for any claim relating to a specific service will be limited to the amount you paid (or that was paid on your behalf) for that particular service, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived or limited.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or with our services, will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the service is primarily provided, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that any legal action must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in that state, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update or revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Any changes will apply to services requested after the revised Terms are posted. By continuing to request or use our services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically if you use our services regularly.
